Welcome to Crystanium ® Gongs Harmonic Fellowship
This group is free, and you are invited to join our Private Membership Group. The only requirement is that you are not acting as law enforcement, a government employee, or member of the BAR when participating in the group. You agree to hold all information confidential and private. You also agree to hold anyone who participates or is helping facilitate the group harmless of any damage caused. You acknowledge as man or woman that you are participating privately and at your own risk.
Crystanium ®Gongs Harmonic Fellowship, and its auxiliary group, is a private membership assembly of sacred beings gathered for educational and entertainment purposes. No information provided is intended to be construed otherwise.
As an applicant, and Member, I hereby agree that I take full responsibility for my experience, participation and results and hold Crystanium ® Gongs Harmonic Fellowship managers and fellow members harmless, in perpetuity. I acknowledge that I enter this private relationship knowingly, willingly and intentionally as an act of my own free will in accord with the intent and purposes of Crystanium ® Gongs Harmonic Fellowship
I understand that acceptance as a member of Crystanium Gongs Harmonic Fellowship entitles me to participate in the acquisition and exchange of information as it applies to harmonic sound, the utilization of harmonics in the expansion of consciousness, and the playing and sharing of the contemporary Crystanium ® Gong, and Bells. The acquisition of these instruments as sound healing tools are available, for members only, now and as they become available for fair and equitable exchange.
I agree my Fellowship begins on the date of my acceptance of my Fellowship Request and pledge best efforts to obtain and bring value to Crystanium® Gongs Harmonic Fellowship Community. I declare that by joining this Private Membership Association and/or the Association’s affiliated auxiliaries, websites and/or social media group(s), I a “new member” comprehend and agree:
Reservation of Rights:
All rights related to the Association’s content, publications, and any other intellectual property are expressly reserved by the Association. All information shared is for entertainment and educational purposes only.
Confidentiality of Content:
Content made available to Members through a secured login on the Association’s website is deemed private and confidential. Members agree not to disclose, disseminate, or reproduce this content outside the confines of the Association. Violation of this clause constitutes a breach of the Agreement and may result in termination of membership and other legal consequences.
Privacy Agreement
1. I agree that activities within Crystanium® Gongs Harmonic Fellowship are a private contractual matter that I agree not to disclose these matters with the Local, State, or Federal investigative or enforcement agencies or anyone who is not a member of the Fellowship.
2. I affirm and represent that I am acting in my private, sui juris capacity free from presumption as a public person and that I do not represent any Local, State or Federal agency whose purpose is to regulate and approve products or services, or to carry out any mission of enforcement, entrapment or investigation.
3. I agree that by joining Fellowship, a private membership association under common law, that I am in alignment with the stated intent and purpose of its Fellowship and seek to help each other achieve better education, vibrational health, and good quality of life.
4. I enter into this agreement knowingly, willingly and intentionally, of my own free act and deed without any pressure or coercion.
5. Fellow believes that our objective to provide all Fellowship members a sacred educational and experiential space with a platform in which to conduct all manner of private business with Fellowship, as well as with other Fellowship members, keeping all matters in the private domain.
6. Fellow agrees that Crystanium ® Gong Harmonic Fellowship is protected by the First Amendment to the U. S. Constitution and outside the jurisdiction and authority of Federal and State Agencies and Authorities for settlement of “exchange”, dispute or grievance of Fellow members or internal matters,
7, Fellow agrees that “Contribution”, “Exchange” or “Donation” is defined as any amount tendered as a free gratuitous gift for the beneficial acquirement of existing sacred sound instruments including Titanium gongs and bells.
7. I comprehend that I may withdraw from this Fellowship and terminate my membership in This Association at any time, and that my membership can and will be revoked if I engage in abusive, violent, menacing, destructive or harassing behavior towards any other Fellow of The Association. These pages consist of the entire agreement for my Fellowship in The Association.
8. I have read, comprehended and am in accord with the purposes and intent stated in this Disclosure and Accord and that my questions have been answered fully to my satisfaction, and I affirm that this agreement is entered into knowingly, willingly and intentionally as an act of my own free will and deed.
